By accessing or using the Centurion Web Design website, submitting a consultation request, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

Centurion Web Design provides custom website design, website redesign, and ongoing website maintenance services for small businesses. Specific project scope, deliverables, and timelines are agreed upon individually before work begins. Pricing displayed on this site represents starting points; final project terms are confirmed during consultation.

Submitting a consultation request does not create a binding contract or obligation on either party. We will review your submission and contact you to discuss your project. Information you provide must be accurate to the best of your knowledge.

One-time payments and recurring maintenance subscriptions are processed through Stripe. By completing a checkout, you authorize the charge displayed at the time of purchase. For subscription plans, you authorize recurring monthly billing until you cancel through Stripe or contact us to cancel.

Refund policies for custom website projects are discussed and agreed upon before work begins. Maintenance subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

When working with us, you agree to:

• Provide timely feedback, content, and approvals needed to complete your project
• Ensure you have rights to any content, images, or materials you supply
• Maintain accurate contact information so we can reach you about your project
• Use our services only for lawful business purposes

Upon full payment for a website project, you own your website content and final deliverables as outlined in your project agreement. Centurion Web Design retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. We retain ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or code libraries used in development.

Centurion Web Design provides services on an "as agreed" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Our website integrates with third-party services including Stripe for payments. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party providers.

You may not use our website to transmit harmful code, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, scrape content for commercial use without permission, or engage in any activity that disrupts the site or our services.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Georgia, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
